Early Booking discounts apply to all packages consisting of accommodation and meals, subject to availability:
• 25% discount for bookings made by 25.01.2025, except for bookings between 11-17.08.2025,
• 20% discount for reservations made until 28.02.2025, except for reservations for the period 11-17.08.2025,
• 15% discount for reservations made until 18.03.2025, except for reservations for the period 11-17.08.2025.

Minimum services:
- Minimum of services "Early Booking" discounts apply for the periods 11.04.2025 - 01.08.2025 and 01.09.2025 - 31.12.2025, for bookings including minimum of services: bed and breakfast.
- The "Early Booking" discounts apply for the period 01.08. - 01.09.2025, for bookings including minimum services: accommodation and half board (breakfast and dinner).

Minimum stay:
Early Booking discounts apply to bookings made for standard rooms or apartments as follows*:
Reservations from 04.07 - 01.09.2025, for a minimum stay of 5 nights
Reservations during the periods 30.05 - 04.07.2025 and 01.09 - 28.09.2025, for a minimum stay of 3 nights
Reservations in the periods 11.04 - 30.05.2025 and 28.09 - 31.12.2025, for a minimum stay of 2 nights

The payment:
- The price of reservations is payable in two installments: 50% of the reservation amount within 5 days of booking confirmation and the remaining 50% no later than 30 days before check-in.
- Reservations for which payment is not made on time may be canceled by the Resort without prior notice with a penalty of 100% of the reservation value.
- The penalties will be deducted by the Resort from the deposit paid by the tourist, without the intervention of the courts being necessary, and the tourist will be notified for the difference, being in default by right on the due date mentioned above.
- Exceeding the payment deadline will result in a penalty of 0.3% for each day of delay, applied to the amount unpaid from the due date mentioned above.

Methods of payment:
• holiday vouchers, electronically (via payment link or the resort's online booking system) or by bank transfer.

Amendments/Cancellations:
- Reservations made with the "Early Booking" discount are non-refundable except for cancellations made by the end of the "Early Booking" campaign deadline (i.e. 25.01.2025 for reservations with the 25% discount, 28.02.2025 for reservations with the 20% discount and 18.03.2025 for reservations with the 15% discount).
- If, during the stay, the tourist shortens the period of stay in the Resort, the amount originally paid is not refundable and is not compensated with other services.

Notes:
- The "Early Booking" discount does not apply for stays during the public holidays mentioned below.
- The "Early Booking" discount is applied to the total value of the services ordered (including boat transfer and excursions), without supplementing the value of the meal services (account sheet).
- The "Early Booking" discount does not apply to bookings during the period of the "Anonymous" Film Festival (11- 17.08.2025).
- The "Early Booking" discount only applies to bookings that comply with the minimum number of nights condition. The Resort reserves the right to change the Early Booking offer without prior notice. Discounts do not cumulate with other promotions or loyalty programs and do not apply to service packages.

- The statutory holiday calendar for 2025 is:
Easter: 18.04 - 21.04.2025
May 1st: 01.05 - 04.05.2025
Pentecost: 06.06 - 09.06.2025
St. Andrew and National Day: 28.11 - 01.12.2025
Christmas: 24.12 - 28.12.2025
New Year: 30.12.2025 - 04.01.2026.

Standard rooms Swan and Pelican area: 2 adults + 1 child (0 - 11.99 years) or 3 adults;
Standard room White Rock area: 2 adults + 1 child (0 - 11.99 years);
1-bedroom apartment: total 4 persons, regardless of the composition adults + children (1+3/2+2+2/3+1/4+0).
The rooms and apartments are equipped with double or twin beds with a system of joining and uniform mattresses.

Included
- Package rates include: VAT, specified meals, access to Cinema Paradiso, Lotus Spa and Turtle Kids Club.

Not included:
- The rates of the tourist packages do not include the access fee to the Danube Delta. The access fee to the Delta is 5 RON / person / day, 15 RON / person / week or 30 RON / person / year.
- The entrance fee does not apply to children, schoolchildren, students, pensioners, war veterans, former political prisoners or descendants of martyred and wounded heroes of the December 1989 Revolution.
- Access permits can be purchased at the reception of the Green Village Resort, at the headquarters of the Administration of the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve (A.R.B.D.D.), at the information centers or can be paid both by money order and by bank transfer, in the A.R.B.D.D. account no. RO56TREZ6415003003xxx003884, opened at the Tulcea Municipal Treasury, beneficiary: A.R.B.B.D.D. Tulcea, Fiscal Code: 3722040, specifying in the explanations: "access fee for persons and (name of person)".
