The rate is valid exclusively for reservations of 2 nights. Possible extensions / supplements can only be confirmed through the “Reservations” department.
The guarantee is made by paying a 50% deposit at the time of booking confirmation and the remaining 50% at least 7 days prior to arrival.
If the reservation is made less than 7 days prior to arrival, the full payment is due at the time of booking.
Cancellation of the stay is fully penalized if the request is made less than 7 days prior to the check-in. The advance payment is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Rates are in lei and include VAT.
Special offers are not cumulative with the “Early Booking” campaign.

Rates do not include the access tax in the Danube Delta. This can be paid on https://permise.ddbra.ro/.
For the boat transfer, a reservation must be made when purchasing the package. Any changes are accepted at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
When two or more consecutive packages are purchased, the boat transfer service is not deducted from the value of the package and cannot be compensated with other services.
The allocation of spaces is made exclusively at the resort reception, subject to availability.
