Reservation guarantee and cancellation:
- The guarantee is made by paying a 50% deposit within 48 hours of booking confirmation and the difference up to 15 days before the stay. The deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
- If the reservation is made less than 15 days before the date of accommodation, payment is due in full at the time of booking.
- Cancellation is penalised in full if requested less than 14 days before the date of accommodation.

- Minimum stay: 3 nights.
- Rates are in lei and include VAT.

* For the boat transfer, a reservation must be made at least 72 hours before accommodation.
